Every time I hear a parent say "because I say so" to their kids, I am filled with the outrageous urge to fucking deck them.

Like, when I was young, I could never understand why other kids answered "why should I do X" with that until I saw a friend's parent say that to their kid.

Like, it's teaching young people to not think and that being in a position of power is a legitimize substitute for reason, and in fact is superior to reason.

N'oubliez pas que depuis le 1er juillet 2024 il y a une réforme de la garde à vue suite à l'obligation de la France de se mettre en conformité avec le droit de l'Union européenne.

À retenir :

1/ Elle élargit le cercle des personnes que le gardé à vue peut informer.

2/ Aucune audition ne peut désormais se tenir sans avocat. Il n'est donc plus possible d’auditionner le gardé à vue sans son avocat, à moins que ce dernier renonce à son droit.
