Ce qui signifie que la prochaine et dernière étape est donc la convocation en Congrès du Parlement pour voter définitivement le texte.
On rappellera néanmoins que ce projet de loi ne parle pas exactement de "droit" de recourir à l'IVG mais de "liberté garantie" à celle-ci, ainsi que le fait qu'il soit "garantie à la femme" et non à toute personne, ce qui pourrait sembler exclure les personnes trans. Du moins si l'on ne prends pas en compte le fait que cela reste un texte constitutionnel (et donc soumis à interprétation plus ou moins large) et qu'il y a déjà plusieurs déclarations durant les discussions allant dans le sens que ce droit serait accessible à toute personne.
Mais le but poursuivi pour le moment est qu'un début soit inscrit dans la Constitution, ce qui, au vu de l'état actuel des choses, serait déjà une grande avancée.
