making a vinaigrette and just, drinking it from the bowl. not even bothering with getting the decorum of ' salad ' out of the fridge

@CobaltVelvet I like using bread to get the remaining vinegar (when I do it myself for myself I don't bother to put oil, just straight vinegar) after eating the salad, or if I'm really depressed just open the vinegar bottle on top of the bread

balsamic vinegar is one of the best condiments

@CobaltVelvet In the 2010s in bougie neighborhoods here in the US there was a trend of little shops opening that sold nothing but olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I always wondered how they would react if I walked in one day and made direct eye contact while chugging bottles
